The Vinos de Madrid wine region is situated in the province of Madrid and covers an area of 7,700 hectares. The Vinos de Madrid wine region consists of 40 vineyards (Bodegas), which produce 30,000 tons of grapes annually.

Vine varieties
Red:
Tempranillo, Garnacha, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.

White:
Malvar, Airén, Albillo, Parellada, Macabeo, Moscatel de Grano Menudo and Torrontés.
